SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times: We partner with CJ Dropshipping to ship our products. Estimated delivery times are:

    Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days
    Express International Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local customs, and logistical conditions beyond our control.

Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. It may take 3–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Import Fees and Taxes: Products are shipped from abroad. Any customs fees, import taxes, or tariffs charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before making a purchase.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a significant delay, please contact us so we can check the status of your order.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure the delivery address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
